Chef Tom and his charming wife Christina were enlisted to prepare a delectable dinner for my 50th birthday fête at a rental abode in Dillon Beach. Tom not only concocted a splendid menu for me, but communication was effortless and stress-free. Adaptability was also on their side, as they adeptly handled everything from start to finish, including the clean-up. It was a serene and extraordinary affair that my family savored immensely. The pair exhibited a wonderful, amicable demeanor and instantly meshed with the group. Heartily suggesting Chef Tom for any upcoming events.

Chef Tom and Cristina were amazing! Their New Year's meal and service were outstanding. Having Chef Tom and Christina at my small wedding reception/dinner was an absolute delight. I requested an Italian-themed meal for 10 people and they delivered beyond expectations. Chef Tom designed a menu that included appetizers, a salad, starter, main course, and dessert, all presented impeccably and professionally. It was evident that he takes great pride in his work, completing the evening to perfection. Communication leading up to the night was a breeze, and he delivered his masterpieces on time. I highly recommend this duo for any occasion, whether it be fancy or lowkey.

Chef Tom and Cristina, his assistant, were truly exceptional! Punctual and accommodating, they provided us with the perfect evening experience. We attended a wine tasting, which delayed dinner, but Tom was so understanding and worked around our schedule seamlessly. The team gave us the option to plan the timing of the meal and executed it beautifully. They struck the perfect balance between being engaging and respecting our space. They even added to the ambiance by setting up a lovely outdoor tablescape using the decorations we had on hand. The FOOD was simply divine. From the delicious starter to the meal, and finally the exquisite dessert, everything was perfect. Tom was very considerate of any special dietary requirements we had and gave us numerous options to choose from. The cherry on top was when they left the kitchen spick and span, as if they were never there. Hands down a 10 out of 10 experience - we wholeheartedly recommend them!
