At first, I was a difficult customer as I believed an important step was missed during the assembly of my IKEA bed. However, after contacting their support team, Tim assisted me with the issue in a amicable manner. He arrived on the same day and we both spoke to the IKEA customer support team to resolve the problem. As it turned out, Tim was right and it was actually my mistake. I am grateful for his efforts in going above and beyond to make certain the bed was safe and ready for me to use.

I cannot give this review five stars because I was not able to utilize their bike and trailer service due to the rainy weather; thus, I cannot provide feedback on that aspect of their service. However, I adore their eco-friendly approach to moving. It is an innovative and feasible concept. The pricing was comparable to other quotes that I received, only because I opted to rent a U-Haul. Move It! by Bike offers a backup plan in case of rain, but unfortunately, I waited until the last week, and it rained for the entire duration. In conclusion, I highly recommend Move It! by Bike for a budget-friendly and eco-conscious move. Their staff is unparalleled!

Tim was punctual, even arriving a few minutes early, and eager to begin the task. Inquiring about the furniture links I had provided beforehand showcased his foresight, enabling him to come adequately equipped. Throughout the process, he was courteous, efficient, and went as far as assisting with the removal of boxes and other materials.
