It's rare these days, but he arrived on time and explained everything to me in a clear manner. I have decided to hire Olshan to work on my basement this spring.

Although they were very responsive, we were unable to receive a quote as we required immediate service and their schedule was fully booked. It is regrettable that we did not have the opportunity to work with such highly skilled professionals.

Mom had her basement waterproofed by Olshan about six years ago, complete with a backup battery. Recently, the battery began emitting a low-beeping sound every five to seven minutes to indicate it was running out of power. Mom reached out to Olshan, and they promptly arranged a visit from Mike McG. Although they initially tried solving the issue over the phone, Mike eventually determined that the battery needed a replacement. Despite treacherous road conditions caused by an ice storm, he went out to an automotive store to purchase a new battery, which Mom paid for. He then came back and installed it. Olshan provided excellent service, and we hope that they keep Mike around.

I was impressed with the sales representative's courteous manner. Although I am grateful that our basement held up during the rainy season, I am disappointed with the installation process. The workers used both of our outdoor spigots in January, rendering them non-functional and leaky. They also ruined landscaping that was far removed from their intended work area. I was disheartened to witness one of the workers carelessly strike and shatter my great grandmother's bird bath with a shovel. The damage was ignored, and they proceeded to track mud and concrete throughout the house. The doors were left open for hours and the workers even urinated on the bathroom floor. Adding insult to injury, they mixed concrete in our bathroom sink. The state of our house was disastrous, with concrete and debris smeared throughout. Given the expense of this project, it is reasonable to expect that the workers would have exercised greater care and consideration for our home and personal belongings.

Although my driveway was too damaged for the type of repair they offer, I must say that the company's punctuality, professionalism, and kindness during the estimate was impressive. I would definitely consider hiring them for a project that matches their expertise.
