I informed the professional that my brother had passed away and I needed to prepare the residence for a post-funeral gathering by Friday. He assured me he could meet the deadline and promised to mow the yard on Wednesday. However, he called late in the day to tell me he had been delayed picking up new work equipment and would come Thursday morning instead. I appreciated his communication and agreed to the change. Unfortunately, the professional failed to meet his commitment on Thursday. Despite sending several texts, he only responded at 3 PM to say he was on his way but had been delayed by the rain. When I pointed out that there was no rain in my area and he could still make it, he acted as though he would come but did not show up. I tried to contact him again later in the day but received no response. The professional’s unreliability and false excuses prevented me from finding a more dependable service, leaving my yard unkempt for the funeral guests. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and should not be repeated by anyone in the service industry.

My yard and I are incredibly grateful for the tremendous help provided by Brie's Lawn & Landscaping. I feel fortunate to have discovered this exceptional company, as both my neighbors and friends, as well as my family, all receive top-notch service. Evan carried out a remarkable backyard cut down and removal job that unfortunately wasn't captured on camera, but the results were outstanding. ❤️
