My Tarot readings utilize various tools, including Oracle cards, Tarot cards, my Pendulum, Ogham, and direct guidance from my Spirit guides to offer both spiritual and practical advice. Along with my intuitive abilities, I am also certified in Reiki, Pranic energetic healing, and provide intuitive yoga asana readings.

For private or group yoga sessions, I offer level-appropriate instruction to ensure each participant experiences a healthier and happier life perspective. My classes focus mainly on Pralaya (a blend of Hatha and Iyengar), and Vinyasa yoga, with emphasis on rehabilitation and healing. My ultimate goal is to create a practice specifically tailored to suit your needs that you can integrate into your daily life with ease. Yoga promotes healing, and weight loss or exercise naturally follows, thanks to the heightened energy and awareness it provides.
