As the original provider encountered a scheduling issue, an alternate provider was tasked with the job, which resulted in a delay of one day. However, it should be noted that the yard wasn't entirely edged. Despite this, when asked to rate the work through text, I gave it 4 stars.

Despite the no-show of our first crew, LawnStarter promptly replaced them and the new team arrived within 48 hours. Our yard now looks amazing! Although they missed trimming the grass that sprouted in the concrete cracks, they diligently mowed and edged everything else. Overall, we are satisfied with their work.
