I will never again contact Advance Air Home Service. We had a scheduled appointment, but the contractor failed to arrive. He did not have the decency to call or even reply to my messages, worsening the situation. Despite lower prices from other companies, I had chosen Advance Air Home Service due to their assurance of a thorough furnace maintenance and their high rating. However, I regret my decision and advise against using this company. They are unreliable, and it would be wise to look for another service provider. Be warned.
