I was approached by an individual inquiring about the material used for my laminate flooring. I informed them of the installation company and had already reached out to them for the specific details. The following day, I received confirmation on the exact laminate used and promptly relayed the information to the individual. However, their response was simply to reiterate the name of the company I had mentioned previously. Despite my willingness to potentially have the flooring replaced, I cannot recommend using this particular company due to their extremely poor communication.

From start to finish, the job was outstanding! The way they handled my urgent situation was truly impressive, and they made good on their promise to take care of my floors right from the outset. I highly recommend this excellent company!
