Although this survey allows just 3 options for evaluating the contractor's performance, I would give him a 5 across the board. Jose arrived an hour before the scheduled time, called ahead to confirm, and conducted himself in a completely professional manner. He completed the repair work with exceptional quality, and responded in a timely manner to our needs. What's more, the total cost of the repair far exceeded our expectations; truly an exceptional value.
