On Friday afternoon, I confirmed my appointment with Ayleen for Saturday morning. However, no one arrived at the scheduled time. Despite repeated calls and texts to Ayleen, we received no response. This kind of service is unacceptable as it keeps clients waiting, with no apology or attempt to reschedule. Consequently, my wife and I cancelled our plans for the day to stay home and supervise the cleaning. I would not recommend Florida Pro Cleaning to anyone.
