Javon and, in my opinion, Michael promptly provided me with an estimate when I requested it. Our crawl space was infested with termites, and they detected the issue, quoted us a price, and returned shortly thereafter to spray the crawl space as well as inside and outside of the ground-level window where the termites had entered. They also placed "termite-killing posts" directly into the ground around the perimeter of our yard. They followed up after two weeks and then again after three months, and we have yet to require a third follow-up visit. They were very professional, always punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about termites. I would highly recommend them and even went above and beyond by examining the location where some carpenter ants had started infesting the bottom of a window sill and spraying in that area free of charge. I would definitely enlist their services again, despite the high cost, because it was a worthwhile investment given my belief that I will no longer have any termite issues in the future.
