RD has been a resident of Ft. Collins for over two decades, and began practicing law in 2008 as an associate of a high volume civil litigation firm. He then went on to serve as Policy Director of a national non-profit organization and General Council for a start-up oil and gas company. RD has been dedicated to Family Law since 2016. As a divorced father, he comprehends the difficulties that arise from ending a relationship or marriage.

RD works closely with his clients to comprehend their unique situations and requirements, while explaining the legal options in an easily understandable manner.
