Originally hailing from Shelbyville, Indiana, I practiced law post-graduation for an insurance defense firm situated in Northwest Indiana. My primary focus was defending litigants in cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, premises liability disputes, contract wrangling, construction defects, product liability, and wrongful death suits. In 2013, my legal practice shifted to injured plaintiffs and I broadened my area of expertise to encompass general law as well. Four years later, I returned to Indiana and currently, I handle cases for plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits against insurance companies whom I previously represented. Additionally, I specialize in medical malpractice cases and general litigation, including breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction defects, and estate litigation.
