When I initiated the project, I specified my intention to renovate a kitchen with minimal piping rearrangement while also acknowledging the requirement of obtaining a building permit. The service provider assured me of his certification to fulfill the permit obligations and arranged to inspect my daughter's condo. Despite persistent attempts to obtain an estimate, he ultimately declined the job due to its small scale. It appears that certain plumbing professionals on Thumbtack and possibly in the Miami region may not be reliable for relatively insignificant projects. Consequently, it is advisable to ensure the project is sizeable enough, or risk wasting time and effort on unreliable service providers. This has been my second consecutive encounter with such service providers.
