Starting off, I must state that Double Team Fitness has earned my allegiance in terms of trainers, and let me tell you why: their high standard of quality, personalized fitness plans, and excellent communication.
Upon reaching out to DT fitness, their immediate and efficient response impressed me. Rather than receiving a generic message, I spoke with one of the owners, Brandon (owner/trainer), who took the time to inquire about my aspirations, timeline, and schedule. Brandon proved to be flexible and considerate in our subsequent communication, following up via text and phone and explaining his approach as a trainer and how it could assist me in realizing my objectives.
Satisfied with our conversations, I proceeded to enlist Brandon as my personal trainer. From the mid-December start date, where we worked out twice a week, Brandon always punctually kept our appointments, which he conducted at my in-home gym. His attendance was crucial for my accountability and dedication, especially as a new mother with a busy schedule.
During our sessions, Brandon exhibited affability and professionalism. He offered thorough explanations of our goals for the day and how they contributed to my larger desired outcome. His encouragement and coaching techniques were motivating without making me feel uncomfortable or obligated to perform any overly strenuous exercises. The varied routines we underwent each time resulted in quickly achieving my target weight.
I not only reached my goal of pre-baby weight (145), but also surpassed it - more recently weighing in at 134 lbs. Since then, I’ve recommended Brandon to numerous others seeking success in their fitness goals. Brion is an excellent trainer who takes the time to understand my workout goals and preferences. His extensive knowledge enables him to suggest alternative exercises for me to try when necessary.
