We are only accepting serious inquiries about our vacant staging services, starting at $1,990.00 for a typical row home up to 1,300sf, including main floor, main door decor, master bedroom, and master bathroom.J&D Staging and Decorating Services is the brainchild of two longtime friends who share a passion for the beauty and elegance of home interiors. Our services include staging homes for sales, decorating houses, creating floral arrangements, and event decorations. Our ultimate goal is to prepare your house for sale professionally. We strongly believe that home staging helps houses sell quickly and for more money, as many Seller's Agents have reported staged homes selling for 1-5% more than asking price and/or receiving multiple offers within the first few days on the market, according to NAR.
To better serve our clients, we collaborate with top contractors, painters, cleaners, and real estate photographers. Our CrackerJack portfolio showcases more than 70 pictures of our finest works, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Joanna and Dorota were absolutely fantastic, from the moment we first got in touch to the completion of the project.
