My experience couldn't have been easier! The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and gave me ample notice in advance. I had several pieces of large furniture including a sectional that I needed to get rid of. Deion and Ben evaluated the junk that needed to be disposed of, presented a reasonable estimate, and waited for my approval. As soon as I agreed, they worked quickly, efficiently, and most importantly - in a professional manner.
