Our desktop underwent significant changes after the Windows 7 to Windows 10 update was executed without our authorization. Numerous issues related to printer driver compatibility, Wi-Fi connectivity, and overall PC performance arose, eventually causing Windows to stop loading. Despite using the Windows Repair Utility, the situation did not improve; we were effectively stuck with a useless device.
