Although I did not get my service request fulfilled by this particular provider, the initial consultation left much to be desired. Throughout the conversation, they repeatedly interrupted and talked over me, paying little attention to the crucial points that I was trying to make. Moreover, they provided me with a quote that was almost twice as much as the industry standard, coupled with some insensitive remarks. Consequently, I opted for a different, equally competent service provider.
