At Az Premier Inspection LLC, we offer comprehensive Inspection, Analysis, and Consultation services, which includes Build Cost Consultations for all types of properties – residential, commercial, and industrial. As the CEO, I bring in over 30 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured General Contractor in Arizona, making us one of the most knowledgeable inspection companies in the region. Our team has successfully built various types of buildings, ranging from historic renovations, room additions, custom homes, investment homes, multi-family complexes, commercial tenant improvements, restaurants, commercial strip centers, department stores, municipal structures, to industrial complexes. We understand the importance of providing accurate information to our clients, which is why we deliver the peace of mind you require to make informed and accurate investment decisions. In terms of insurance, we are E&O and General Liability Insured, and hold professional certifications and licenses from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration and Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division. We are also registered as a HUD 203K Consultant and hold InterNACHI certifications, including CPI, IAC2, Radon Certified, Mold Certified, Infrared Certified, and Certified Home Energy Auditor, among others.
