During our stay in the Vegas area at a rental home, North Fork provided catering for our family of 10 for a special celebration. The dinner and cheese pairing were incredibly scrumptious and indulgent. Additionally, the entire experience was delightful as everything was clean, organized, and they were charming company!

I had a fantastic experience with North Fork at my last barbecue, which is a challenging task when catering for both vegetarians and carnivores. However, they managed to successfully pull it off. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the starters of beautiful charcuterie and crudites were delightful. The vegetarian guests were pleased with the grilled/smoked portobello and cauliflower steaks, which both looked and tasted amazing. The chefs proved to be very versatile and talented, and I will definitely book them again for my next event.
