It was a wonderful experience conducting business with "The Glass Doctor of Warren". I faced an issue with my vehicle's windshield and rearview mirror and was asked to bring it in. I had been eagerly anticipating replacing the broken panes on my windows. They set an appointment for yesterday (Tuesday, July 19th) from 1-5 to come out, measure, and give me an estimate. However, no one arrived at my house and I didn't receive any communication regarding an ETA or rescheduling. Around 4:45 yesterday, I contacted them to inquire if someone was still coming out to my home, but I have yet to receive a response. If they arrange a new appointment and show up, I will reconsider my feedback.
