My concerns were addressed promptly by Scott and Vinnie who exhibited excellent professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional knowledge in carpet treatment and care. The duo expertly cleaned my entire two-story home, comprising of 1900 square feet, including the staircase. In addition, they administered deep stain treatment in one room without breaking the bank, all for less than $300. Steven's work was truly exceptional! Unlike previous cleaners who rushed through the job, Steven took his time and showed expertise in what he was doing. My carpet had been poorly cleaned by someone named "Stan" the last three times, but Steven with Easy Clean ensured that the job was done properly and efficiently. Going forward, he will be the only person we call to clean our carpets. I only wish I had before and after pictures to showcase his incredible work!

The cleaning was for the purpose of moving out. The final cost charged was not the same as the estimate provided. The entire house had new carpet except for the front room and a short hallway, which had pet stains that were not expected to be fully removed. However, the cleaning was executed excellently. The cleaner arrived punctually and was highly professional. We were pleased with the outcome and intend to employ their services again.
