We provide an array of services including professional planners, day-of-coordination, wait staff, bartenders, sanitation valet's, and rentals. Moreover, we have built strong alliances with some of the most exceptional caterers here on the central coast. Our aim is to ensure that all guests are content and secure. For smaller intimate family and friend gatherings taking place at home, vacation rental, or venue, we have our private chef straight from Naples Italy. He has been featured in Edible Magazine!
The entire team is fully insured, trained, and dressed professionally. With our assurance of being courteous, prompt, welcoming, and attentive to all guests, including the elderly, we help to alleviate some of the planning stress. Our clientele relies on us as professionals to create a memorable experience.

We've employed the services of Central Coast Party Helpers on several occasions and they truly are exceptional. I can't imagine hosting another big event without their help. They allow us to fully enjoy our own party and mingle with our guests while they take care of everything. Not a single detail is overlooked, and once the party is finished, everything is tidied up and the house is left as if only a handful of people were there. We absolutely adore them!

Andy, our hired bartender, did a fantastic job! Everyone enjoyed his company. He was punctual, well-prepared, and his hand-shaken margaritas were fantastic! His pirate outfit was impressive too. He was an overall excellent person. We would definitely have him back for another party!
