I provide individualized physical therapy services through hands-on one-on-one treatment that focuses on treating the root cause of your orthopedic or athletic injuries instead of just alleviating the symptoms. My qualifications include a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT, DPT awarded in 2015), certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) 1 and 2, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) 1 and 2, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) certifications from spine to hips. I also possess experience with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Release Techniques, Cupping, and prioritize simple, effective home exercise programs.

My passion lies in identifying the underlying causes of my patients' discomfort and restrictions, whether it stems from their daily activities or past injuries, to provide lasting relief. Witnessing my clients regain their mobility and become pain-free motivates me to deliver exceptional care.
