About
My name is Luke Bartlett, and I founded Tri Inspection Detection to assist individuals, families, and investors in evaluating their properties. Inspections are crucial for homeowners and buyers as they allow for a thorough understanding of the property. Renters also benefit from our inspections as we provide photographic proof that the unit has been left in its original condition.Assisting first-time home buyers is a passion of mine, and I take pleasure in guiding them through the inspection process. Prior to founding Tri Inspection Detection, I worked as an electrician for six years in Chicago, followed by three years of industrial maintenance and a year of working for an insulation company. I am licensed by the state of Illinois and hold good standing with INTERNAHI.
We include a home maintenance book with every inspection, which offers guidance on prolonging the life of the home's systems. Additionally, every inspection comes with the INTERNAHI buy-back guarantee, and more information can be found on our website. Our services now include termite inspections with or without an NPMA-33 form, and we provide discounts on our services, which you can inquire about when you contact us.
