When I reached out to multiple companies for mitigation services, SuperPro Restoration was the first to respond. They provided me with an explanation of the process and followed through with their promises. The hardworking crew put in long hours to remove water-damaged wood flooring and sheet rock resulting from broken pipes during the winter storm in Texas. They also thoroughly cleaned and dehumidified my entire house, including the garage. On their final day, they performed thorough quality checks to ensure that all affected areas were restored and dry before picking up their equipment. I am extremely pleased with the excellent job done by the SuperPro Restoration team, and I thank them for their hard work.
