Upon an inspection by the insurance company, it was determined that our ridge cap shingles required replacement. Upon notifying Northface, they acted expeditiously to schedule and carry out the necessary work. I would undoubtedly engage their services again for any roofing needs.

Having been let down by contractors before, I approached this company with caution as a recent homeowner. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. Out of three quotes I received, they were the only ones to arrive on schedule and promptly return phone calls. Direct communication with the owners ensured swift resolution of any queries. On top of all this, the roof they installed looks stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend them to loved ones.
