After receiving a quote from Augustine, I requested additional photos of his work that were not displayed on CrackerJack and inquired about his availability to commence the job. Despite seeing that he had read my messages, he failed to respond further. Although unforeseen circumstances or a change of heart regarding the project are understandable, abandoning a potential customer without any explanation is utterly unprofessional.
