Despite their delayed arrival, I was notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or proceed with the appointment. Once they arrived, we discussed the problems and they were resolved in a professional manner, albeit taking longer than anticipated for a first-time visit.
As of two weeks later, the traps have been effective in addressing my pest concerns, which is especially reassuring with colder weather settling in.
