I hastily made an appointment with the sole weekend provider available. We discussed the matter two days prior after they informed me that they were willing to travel a couple of hours to facilitate the work, to which I agreed. However, they later postponed the appointment by half an hour. On the day of the job, I received a text message stating that they were en route but would be a further half hour late. Although I had informed them that I would be occupied with work, and subsequently missed their phone call and voicemail explaining their puncture, my husband contacted them later on.
