In November 2020, my window was installed. Two weeks later, condensation appeared all over it, indicating a broken seal. Despite notifying the company, it took them two months to inspect it. Now, in February, they have not taken any action. I have tried contacting them through multiple texts, messages, and visits to their shop, but there has been no response or communication. This company is not recommended for use.
