For the past few months, I've been working with Mitch twice a week and I have to say, he's amazing! I was hesitant to start my fitness journey again because of past negative experiences with trainers. However, Mitch was able to address all of my concerns right off the bat. He's incredibly attentive to how I'm feeling during each session and adjusts the workout accordingly. Whether I find something too difficult or not challenging enough, Mitch listens to my feedback and modifies the routine accordingly. I also have a few injuries that have been acting up but he's always willing to change up the workout to ensure that I don't further aggravate my injuries.
What's even better is the variety he brings to each workout. I never know what to expect each session and that keeps things fresh and exciting. No two workouts are alike which prevents boredom and monotony.
What I appreciate most about Mitch is his relaxed and supportive demeanor. He never makes me feel judged or criticized. Instead, he offers words of encouragement that keep me motivated and focused. Finally, the gym we use is extremely clean and adheres to all safety protocols. I always feel safe and comfortable when I'm there.
