We are a group of chefs and hospitality professionals with more than 40 years of collective experience in Miami, Philadelphia, New York, Australia, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. Our passion for culinary excellence is evident in every meal we prepare.

Global Concoctions was established in Australia in 2019, but due to COVID19, we relocated to Miami in 2020. We specialize in bringing fine dining experiences to our customers' homes, which has resulted in record-breaking sales and exponential growth. We have already provided service to over 200 clients and executed more than 500 services ranging from date nights to kosher services, weddings, and multi-day events overseas (Nicaragua, Mexico, Bahamas, Canada, Ecuador) and out of state.

Founder Chef Javier is well-versed in Latin and South East Asian (Japan, Vietnam, Filipino, Indonesian, Indian) Cuisine, as well as Spanish, Italian, French, African, and Middle Eastern. Our team is also capable of preparing kosher dishes upon request. Over the past two years, Javier has traveled extensively, experimenting with new flavors and techniques to incorporate into his existing culinary background while also learning service traditions from different cultures.

Javier's 15 years of experience in Miami have allowed him to bring together a team that not only ensures seamless service but also shares our commitment to our clients, vendors, and team members.

We collaborate with talented bartenders, pastry chefs, and sushi chefs in Miami who can add cocktail hours and wine service to your dinner. Our ideal service includes a four-course meal that incorporates Latin, Mediterranean, Japanese, Caribbean, Italian, vegan, vegetarian, and other popular cuisines.

We are committed to sustainability and strive to use as many local products as possible and plastic-free vessels to reduce our environmental impact.

When I needed a server, sous chef, and dishwasher to assist with cooking for 15 guests over New Years in Miami, I discovered Javier on CrackerJack. Not being familiar with the area, I was apprehensive about finding reliable staff, but Javier's attention to detail and professionalism put me at ease. Despite my initial low expectations, every staff member he provided was skilled and capable, making the guests' experience a great one and lightening my workload. I learned something from each one and, if the opportunity arises, I will without a doubt contact Javier should I require his services again on a future visit to Miami.

From beginning to end, the cuisine was simply fantastic. Chef Javier proved to be a joy to collaborate with. We engaged his services for an 80th birthday celebration, and he contributed to making it a truly exceptional event. The set up process and menu selection was a breeze. The food itself was delectable, and the chef and his team were amiable. They even did a splendid job cleaning up the kitchen and workspace. Without a doubt, we will be enlisting their support again! Collaborating with Javier and his crew was an absolute delight! Everything was flawless, from the delectable cuisine and beverages to the exceptional service. It was effortless to coordinate the menu with the team, and I appreciated how they exceeded expectations on the event night. The customized menus were an added bonus. The entire team was not only professional but also incredibly entertaining!

We had an incredible Christmas Dinner thanks to Chef Javier and his team. Their food left us super impressed and made our dinner for 12 feel like a special treat. Not only that, but they also left us with delicious leftovers and a spotless kitchen. We highly recommend them!

Javier has a great disposition and enthusiasm for his craft. He willingly complied with my special menu requests, and his staff were equally exceptional, being both welcoming and accommodating. The quality and taste of the food were superb. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.
