Eric was prompt in his response and made sure to include us in his schedule. He finished the job within the specified time and even went the extra mile to add a few finishing touches that exceeded our expectations. His work left us satisfied.

In contrast to the positive reviews, Eric failed to arrive on time. Although I understood that jobs may take longer than anticipated, I had to contact him after waiting for an hour past the scheduled time, and he arrived an additional hour late. Furthermore, he failed to bring a part that he promised to retrieve the following day and did not show up at the agreed-upon time. When I reached out to him again, he suggested that I obtain the clamp myself. I would recommend selecting a different company if you require a basic service such as drain unclogging.
