The service was adapted to meet my individual requirements, and the owner was extremely affable and approachable. However, there were some noticeable areas that were missed during the deep clean, despite my providing a comprehensive list of tasks. Although I did receive a partial refund without issue, I would have preferred to receive a more thorough cleaning. While I appreciate the opportunity given to me, I would not consider hiring them again. I am willing to pay more for a service that is thorough and comprehensive.

The young men were incredibly pleasant and compliant. They completed the task as requested. I will definitely contact Tip Toe Cleaning LLC for future services. I had a significant amount of unruly weeds that needed attention. 👍🙂

After being informed they were finished, I found it necessary to request their return for additional cleaning. Specifically, they were prompted to dust and sanitize the countertops. Upon their departure, I realized that both the bath tub and kitchen sink were neglected. Comparatively, I was less satisfied with their services in comparison to other cleaning companies I have hired. As a result, I do not recommend their services and will not be using them in the future.

His professionalism was commendable and the quality of work he did on my building and sidewalks was impeccable, resulting in a fresh and new appearance. I intend to engage his services again for my other properties. Thank you once more!
