Main Street did an excellent job renovating our bathrooms and provided a competitive offer. I would not hesitate to enlist their services again. Although a few miscommunications arose, we were able to resolve them effectively.

Mainstreet has an outstanding team of individuals. It's hard to find anything better than their service. Working with Irakli has been a pleasure. They constructed a small store for us and renovated our bathroom. Additionally, Eduard, the supervisor, was extremely professional and prompt in his responses.

Allow me to offer some advice free of charge: If you're in need of a contractor who communicates effectively, you may want to seek another company. A $75,000 master bathroom renovation was completed 4 years ago and was nothing short of beautiful. Alas, a pipe burst and wreaked havoc on the bath. Fortunately, the insurance company granted me the option of selecting my own contractor. I'm quite familiar with CrackerJack and have had many positive experiences with them; regrettably, this was not one of them. An appointment had been set for 10/7, but it had to be rescheduled for 10/8. The time frame for the job was between nine and ten in the morning, as I had to attend my daughter's volleyball game, but I allowed the contractor to arrive at 10 am. It's understandable that life comes with its unexpected surprises, so a simple text to notify me of a delay or the need for another rescheduling would have sufficed. Instead, there was no communication whatsoever. This was incredibly impolite, unprofessional, and discourteous. My time is valuable, just like yours. As someone who runs a company, I would never neglect the importance of communication - it's the easiest thing to do. This is why businesses fail - they lose easy jobs from good people due to their inability to communicate.

I am extremely satisfied with all the work Dave and the team from Main Street design have completed. Their attention to detail is fantastic, and they have definitely done a fantastic job. Thank you very much.

The owner and crew were phenomenal, completing the remodeling of our house in just 3 months while staying within budget. Their work quality exceeded our expectations.
