Although, I have attended several yoga and meditation sessions in the past, my participation with YAMPS has been exceptionally beneficial. Bennett is well-versed with various postures for each muscle group, which assures me that there is always something that will suit me. Moreover, Bennett is constantly exploring and enhancing our engagement through research. As an actor, being free of discomfort is crucial for my work, considering I am on my feet at all times. Furthermore, I am amazed by how rapidly I grasped the meditation techniques with Bennett's guidance.

My goal when working with Bennett was to relieve my bodily discomfort.
