Having been let down by two previous property managers who didn't keep their promises, it's a relief to have found someone who is dependable and true to their word. I'm delighted with the service provided by Jonathan Fleming and his team at Openworld Properties. Jonathan succeeded in finding a new tenant for my vacant condo within just one month of taking on the job, securing a 50% increase in rent compared to the previous tenant.
