After requesting my project, they inspected the remodeling, but failed to provide a quote as discussed. Despite waiting for two weeks, I contacted them again, only to receive no response. It's frustrating not knowing whether they are uninterested in taking on the project. A straightforward answer would've been appreciated instead of making me wait in anticipation of a quote that never arrived.

Our experience with Shawn from SnL Home Creations was exceptional. As our granddaughter is nonverbal and disabled, Shawn treated her with the same level of respect and communication as he did with the rest of us, which is something we've never experienced with other contractors before.
