About
Greetings! I go by the name Jolene and I have an immense passion for aiding individuals in their pursuit of achieving their health aspirations. In my opinion, leading a fully wonderful life involves wellness and fitness. My love for movement and fitness began when I received my formal training in dance. This, in addition to my NASM certification experience, has enabled me to introduce a unique style to the world of fitness, with the purpose of enabling others to achieve the healthiest and most efficient version of their physique. I offer two exclusive services: Personal Training, where the main focus is on achieving your movement-related fitness objectives, and Health Coaching, for those who aspire for a significant, prolonged change in their lives. As your coach, I will guide you on your nutrition, behavior health, and physical conditioning journey. Do not hesitate to contact me so that we may determine which service is best for you!

Training with Jolene from Wholistically Fit has been a delight and I strongly suggest her to anyone who wishes to add variety to their workout regimen. After facing some complications with my lower back, I encountered difficulty in resuming a reliable exercise routine. However, Jolene has taken my limitations and apprehensions into account and has assisted me through amazing training sessions. Throughout our sessions, she guarantees that my posture is correct and effectively communicates the targeted region of the body, which I find to be crucial.
