Our building's lobby was expertly renovated by Marcello. Although it was an old loft conversion featuring a stunning iron staircase, the staircase was enclosed in drywall and the ceiling had been lowered to less than 8 feet. With Marcello's help, the original 13-foot ceiling was restored and the beautiful marble dating back to 1905 was exposed along with the staircase. Moreover, he played a crucial role in obtaining DOB approval to relocate the fire door, which was no easy feat. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project.

Marcello Ferri was contracted by me to combine my two apartments into a Duplex, both situated in the UWS region of Manhattan, which are subject to strict rules and regulations enforced by the NYC department of buildings, Landmark Preservation Commission and the Co-op Board. Marcello was exceptionally proficient in aligning the General Contractor, Engineer, Co-op Architect, Co-op engineer, and NYC Inspectors to handle the complex project. He never failed to meet deadlines and remained professional and cooperative during the entire process. I highly recommend Marcello for his services.

Beyond just cost, our search for the perfect architect involved evaluating their professionalism, talent, knowledge, and ability to understand our vision. Marcello exceeded our expectations in all these regards. Not only did he provide valuable suggestions and guidance throughout the process, but he was always dependable and punctual. His timely follow-through and dedicated attention made us feel like his top priority, even among his other clients. We invested 650k in construction based on his work, resulting in a magnificently beautiful and efficient home. Although we now reside happily in Florida and profited substantially from the renovations, we still cherish our former residence in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn, expertly designed by Marcello.
