Every individual I encountered treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. Although costly (without a comparison to other services, I can only assume), their service is valuable. Meerkat responded to my concerns promptly and worked efficiently until completion. Their workers were amicable, just like their inspectors and representatives on the phone. Meerkat is a large company but demonstrates the old-fashioned values of excellent customer service uncommon in present times. Their services were invaluable and worth every penny.

My initial encounter with CrackerJack came through Meerkat. Meerkat promptly responded within half an hour of my inquiry, arranging a consultation for the upcoming business day. Although the consultation presented a few extra offerings that were somewhat pricey, I ultimately opted out. However, my primary concern of the nest of Wasps and Bees around my home was thoroughly dealt with that same week. With the two exterior treatments that were applied, not a single wasp has been sighted since. I was even able to pressure wash the home's exterior and soffits without stirring up any trouble!
