I expressed my desire to initiate service, but there was no follow-up regarding appointment dates. However, the proprietor from Atlanta reached out to me, expressing his dissatisfaction with the situation. He graciously offered to visit Knoxville in person to supervise the project. His offer was accepted, and he exceeded expectations.

My building's back wall suffered a severe water intrusion problem due to its subgrade location. BDry, after assessing the problem, proposed an effective solution backed by their stand. Their pricing was reasonable considering the amount of work needed. Ever since they fitted their water management system, my building has remained dry. I also recommend their battery back-up system, which offers additional protection during power outages. I'm thrilled with BDry's solution and regret not contacting them sooner!
