Recently, I utilized their services for a move out cleaning and was immensely pleased with their performance. The staff was well-informed, courteous, professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Additionally, the two ladies performing the cleaning called to confirm their arrival time 30 minutes beforehand and brought along all the required cleaning supplies and equipment. It is important to uphold your promises and reputation for quality service. Unfortunately, due to the insufficient cleaning provided, I was charged a fee upon my move-out for something that should have been taken care of. I promptly informed your company and was assured that the fee would be refunded. However, it has now been over two months and I have yet to receive the money that was charged to me by the apartment complex for the unclean bathroom. My attempts to follow up with your company have gone unanswered.
