We spoke on two occasions before the day of the event, and Melissa's sincerity was always evident in how willing she was to go the extra mile. She even offered additional services to further enhance the occasion. While we did not require any table centerpieces, Melissa, attentive to all the finer details, offered to provide them in case they were needed. The balloon displays were loved by my parents, who have decided to keep them up for as long as possible. Melissa made our celebration truly memorable, and we are grateful to her for that.
