After receiving three estimates for replacing eight windows in my home, I ultimately decided to hire Paramount. What caught my attention was the fact that Clark, the owner and installer, wasn't just a salesman for a large company. During the estimate, he didn't push the highest grade window but instead offered it as an option when I inquired about it. I appreciated how he was professional, knowledgeable and expeditious when he came to perform a final measurement to finalize the order. On the day of the installation, Clark and his coworker completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. Their post-installation cleanup was impeccable. However, when one of the windows had a defect, I contacted Clark and he promptly came out to address the issue the same day, working diligently to find a satisfactory solution. I am very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely use Paramount again for any future window replacements.
