After detecting a burnt smell from my LG washer, I contacted Fuse and requested Audrey to conduct a diagnostic on the following day. Audrey's approach was exceptionally professional and meticulous, going the extra mile to level the washer upon completion. I am highly impressed with their service and intend to use Fuse's services again for my upcoming home project when I move in two months. I rate Audrey five stars for their excellent performance.

The technician exhibited impressive expertise and arrived earlier than the planned appointment to accelerate the repair process. The circuit panel had to be transported for mending, and it was promptly returned within just 48 hours. As a result, my dryer was up and running again in a mere 72 hours, bringing me great joy. The technician's quick resolution of the problem and speedy repair left me highly satisfied.

Collaborated with the company to fix my malfunctioning dishwasher, after already using another previous company who failed to identify the issue accurately. Eric, who was meticulous and considerate, carried out an exceptional job. He kept me aware of the expected timeframe since he had to order a part, followed proper CoVid protocols, and even accommodated my dog's inquisitiveness while repairing the dishwasher. Overall, I received excellent service.

Allan, who was prompt, professional, and courteous, handled both issues in my kitchen with skill, speed, and accuracy.
