After submitting my CrackerJack request, Jre promptly replied and we arranged a meeting for the following day. He efficiently addressed the electrical issue on the spot and later checked in to ensure everything was still functioning properly. Getting a couple of circuits replaced by Drew was an excellent experience. He rapidly evaluated the issue and repaired the circuits that were malfunctioning.
