This is unacceptable! Their attitude is completely unprofessional. They didn't reply after the initial greeting message and after a few follow-ups, they scheduled a day and promised a callback to confirm the time slot, but never followed through. In yet another follow-up, they suggested that I look for other professionals. I never got their service, but based on their unprofessional attitude and lack of customer focus, I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY. You never know what other unpleasant surprises you might encounter.
